A father and son who are foreign used auto parts dealers, were arrested in an anti-crime exercise conducted in the Northern Division.

SUBSCRIBE/ LOG IN The exercise which was conducted in the Arima district on Friday was coordinated by Assistant Commissioner Mc Donald Jacob and spearheaded by Senior Superintendent Curtis Paul, supervised by Sgt John, Cpl Forde and included a party of officers of the Northern Division Task Force (NDTF) Area West
The search was executed at a Foreign Used Auto Parts Shop and resulted in the officers finding a Hi-Point Firearm fitted with a magazine and seven rounds .45 ammunition in a desk drawer in the establishment. The items were seized and the proprietor and his son arrested
